In the DC Pride 2023 variant cover for Steelworks (2023) #1, she is holding a lesbian flag, as well as lesbian flag colours being used on a ray of light in Action Comics (2016) #1066's DC Pride 2024 vadiant cover. In her DC Pride 2024 story, her hair is the colour of the lesbian flag.

An adaptation of Natasha (Natalie Lane Irons) appears in the seventh episode of Superman & Lois's first season. She arrives from an alternate earth, and instead of John Henry Irons being her uncle, he and Lois Lane were her parents.
