Poison Ivy appears fairly often in the DC Animated Universe, first being introduced in the 9th episode of Batman: The Animated Series.
The eighth episode of Batwoman's third season introduces another version of Ivy, who is dating Renee Montoya.
In Harley Quinn's animated series, she's a main character and Harley's girlfriend. In this universe, she's canonically bisexual, as tweeted by Tee Franklin, the writer of the tie-in comics.

Uma Thurman plays her in Batman & Robin (1997).
She also has a brief appearance in The Lego Batman Movie.
Comic Awards
Harley Quinn: The Animated Series - The Eat. Bang! Kill. Tour, which she features in, was nominated for the 2022 GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Comic Book in 2022.
The next year, her 2022 solo won the 2023 GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Comic Book, and was nominated again in 2024.
